Brilliant job Mr Richard Macintyre , picked up my van today lovely 1/2 hour of giggles again ! Made the whole process so easy - would definitely look him up again in the future .CLASS is a good work take care Rick you made a freind this last week thank you

Bought a car from here roughly 12 months ago, I was happy with the service provided so didn't hesitate to return today for its annual service and MOT. I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience and will not be returning to the branch. After calling up and being unable to get through to approve some additional works I was eventually called back over an hour later. When I asked if the MOT had been carried out, the service department were unable to tell me, which I found particularly odd. I was not called to be told the works had been done and I was unable to get through to the service department despite several attempts (hours after the original phone conversation). On my drive home after picking up the car the tyre pressure warning light appeared on my dashboard. Absolute joke.

Took around 10 weeks to not fix my car. 4 weeks lead time on getting it into the workshop. 6 weeks on site.Car was sent in at circa 22 months old and 56,000 miles (Ford Ranger Wildtrak), required a safety recall (new wiring harness, second recall this car has needed), replacement seat that was falling apart at the side and had a worrying transmission issue. On day one of the vehicle being on site they rang to say I could have it back. Having fixed not a single issue. For obvious reasons I refused and asked that it be handed back once repaired.By week 4-5 on site they had repaired the seat and had finally got parts for the wiring recall (8 weeks after knowing of this). Still no fix for the transmission. It needed a Master Tech apparently to let us know why it kept slipping out of gear and bucking back into gear...Eventually, week 10, the vehicle got a top off of transmission fluid and was handed back. No fault found apparently. which is odd as the top up solved the issue. This would be kind of fine, if it wasn't a 'fill for life' transmission with no top ups required. Dealer said they couldn't find where the 1 litre of fluid had gone so sent me on my way. Tried to reject the vehicle but absolutely no interest from Ford. Even though there is undeniably a fault they are unwilling to sort. The trans is losing fluid. But seemingly, until I'm stranded at the roadside with a grenaded gearbox they seem unwilling to do anything. As a business, operating a commercial fleet this is pretty much the worst combination of dealer and car builder I have ever come across. Ford customer service not interested. Tried to complain... Which achieved nothing. Not so much as an apology throughout the whole ordeal. Will never buy a Ford product again.

I TOOK MY TRANSIT IN FOR A KNOCKING NOISE FROM THE ENGINE ,(STILL UNDER WARRANTY) I WAS TOLD IF THEY FOUND A FAULT NOT UNDER WARRANTY I WOULD BE CHARGED 80.00 I AGREED.I WAS LATER INFORMED THAT THE VAN HAD BEEN MISFUELED AND WOULD NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, I ASKED IF THEY WERE SURE AS I FOUND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THEY SAID YES DEFINITELY.I PAID THE 80.00 FEE. THE WORK THEY SAID NEEDED TO BE DONE WAS CARRIED OUT THE NEXT DAY AND I STILL HAVE A ENGINE KNOCK. I PHONED TO BOOK IT IN AGAIN FOR THEM TO TAKE A SECOND LOOK ONLY TO BE TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED 80.00 AGAIN EVEN THOUGH THEY GOT IT WRONG, THE LADY IN SERVICE DEPT SAID SHE WOULD GET THE MANAGER TO RING ME THIS AFTERNOON BUT HE HASN'T.WE ARE NOW 2 DAYS (WEDNESDAY) LATER AND I STILL HAVE NO PHONE CALLTHURSDAY STILL NO PHONE CALLONE WEEK NOW, IT'S TIME TO LOOK FOR A NON FORD GARAGE AND PAY FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL LET LET ALL MY FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS NO HOW BAD BRISTOL STREET FORD ARE AND TELL THEM TO AVOID .

A large dealership, often with good deals. Easy to find, ample parking and helpful staff. I bought a used car and everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly I love my new car. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because despite my new car being valeted there about 4 times it's still not at the standard I'd expect from a car coming from a dealership. Very helpful salesman offered to have it cleaned yet again but life's too short to wait for it to be cleaned again and gave the interior a clean myself. Valeting services need looking at and if you just want your car cleaned, do go elsewhere.
