Not very happy at all. Paid for the vac4life costing over 100 which allows my dog to get his yearly vaccinations for the rest of his life for free under that package. I enquired to have my dog neutered and they quoted close to 300 so I went with an alternative vet to have the operation (which he wasn't registered with) which only cost 120. Now because I chose a different vet to save money for the operation, they have now removed my from dog from their records and the vac4life is invalid. Would of been nice to have a member of staff tell me that the vac4life would of been cancelled if I had gone to another vet for the operation. But of course you always get stung for trying to save money. Be warned people.

I have been a client here for about 9 years. On the whole I have been satisfied with the service.

Lovely staff. Always happy to help.

This place doesn't even justify one star. Tonight I had to have my beautiful boy sooty put to sleep and the whole situation was dealt with very insensitivity. As I'm holding my boy in my arms crying my eyes out a nurse came in with a leaflet asking me how we would like his remains delt with. After I finally managed to part with my boy I left the surgery in a Complete state. My partner asked the receptionist if we could sort the bill at another time. We got home at 6.30pm to have to tell my 9 year old what had happened. As a family we sat together crying, talking. I had just managed to get myself together to get my daughter into bed when I got a phone call from the surgery demanding 450 from me!!! This was an hour after my boy way put to sleep. I wasn't given an itemised bill any other option other than to pay. I shouted at the lady on phone and told them how insensitive this was. I said I would get back to them tomorrow to sort it and she said so we will call you first thing to sort this out. I had already explained about financial difficulties and this was one of the reasons we had him put to sleep because we couldn't afford ongoing treatments. No care or consideration. I'm sure it's not the individuals fault but sensitity didn't even come into it. As a result I will settle what I have to for my boy but my dog will no longer be staying registered with them. My friend is a vet nurse at another practice she was horrified with there code of practice at such a sensitive time. AVOID.

The staff especially Lindsey have a genuine care and concern for our pets. They are knowledge and experienced with all aspects and I feel my pets are safe in the hands of the staff here.
